Donations of Building Materials
Due to limited storage space and specific requirements for each project, RAI Ministries does not typically request or receive donations of in-kind building materials, instead working to connect homeowners with resources available via FEMA and other state agencies through case management, or having homeowners purchase materials themselves.
However, Home Depot, Lowe’s, and similar construction-supply giftcards are accepted and easily allow for supplies to be purchased on-demand specifically based upon current needs for each project.
If you are interested in making an in-kind donation of building materials, please contact us first to discuss current needs and delivery logistics (for large shipments, Orphan Grain Train may be able to provide transportation).
