Welcome to Camp Biloxi
RAI Ministries’ Camp Biloxi has been serving the city of Biloxi and Harrison and Hancock counties in Mississippi since the Fall of 2005! Located on the grounds of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church at 1996 Pass Road in Biloxi, Camp Biloxi offers air-conditioned disaster dormitory accommodations for up to 150 volunteers, showers, food and construction equipment and construction supervision.
